In addition to my photography, I recently published my debut poetry book, Bedtime Stories I Tell Myself. Through the concept of the bedroom and how life tends to follow us to our pillows and beyond, I explore themes of mental health, love and loss, and learning to be human in an era where people stare at screens more than they do one another’s eyes. It is a manifestation of my struggles as well as my accomplishments, a tribute to life and how much love there is left to be found even in the darkest corners of our bedrooms.
After the official release, the ebook version of Bedtime Stories I Tell Myself became the number one new release in women’s poetry, contemporary poetry, and LGBT poetry as well as the number 2 overall ebook in LGBT poetry.
Bedtime Stories I Tell Myself is now available on Amazon as a paperback or an ebook! If you purchase a copy, please consider leaving a positive review and sharing with me on social media! You can purchase a copy right here. Thank you so much for your support.
